Sayed Saad, Managing Director

Sayed brings extensive experience in finance, insolvency, and private credit to his role as Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Australia, with a distinction in Accounting, Finance and Law.

With years of insolvency experience, Sayed excelled in handling distressed asset valuation and sales, including an AUD $1.3 billion portfolio.

In private credit, Sayed's tenure as a Credit Analyst was marked by his crucial role in understanding fund compliance and completing substantial capital raises. He specialised in deal and scenario analysis for mortgage deals and implemented a portfolio monitoring system, ensuring regular investor communication and deal performance management.

With a strong foundation in finance, extensive experience in private credit, and a proven track record of managing significant assets and capital raises, Sayed is well-equipped to lead and drive success at Stallion Capital.

Maximilian L. Szarycz, Head of Origination & Credit

Max has completed a Bachelors in Finance and Economics at the Macquarie University, Australia. He was offered by distinguished members at Macquarie University the opportunity to undertake a Masters in Research, under the thesis “An Application of The Quantitative Theory of Credit in Australia with an Emphasis on Business Turnaround and Banking Behaviour.”

Notwithstanding, Max decided to pursue ongoing business commitments working with ultra high net worth individuals in the Eurozone, investing in large-scale manufacturing and environmental projects.

Max has also played a key role in notable restructuring appointments within Australia, primarily in construction and technology. He has maintained a high degree of involvement in commercial property and mixed-use developments across Sydney, for projects valued up to AUD $300 million. This experience has developed his understanding around project management, sophisticated domestic and international funding structures, cash-flow and project finance, and stakeholder relations. 

Mariusz has extensive investment and project development experience in the Eurozone. His specialised consultancy firm offers practical solutions to wide-ranging technology integration initiatives in Eurozone Cities.

His experience moves deeply into environmental investment projects that include the development of solar farms and off-shore wind-farm initiatives in the Baltic Sea.
